spicy black fruit driven dao red w/ firm tannins giving it great potential to age. blackberry + plum as well as peppery tobacco on the palate w/ a touch of cinnamon. aged 18months in used oak so it’s not too overpowering. elegant + smooth, and can stand up to heartier dishes.
