A certified organic pét-nat of 85% pecorino and 15% chardonnay, from Vasto / Monteodorisio, in Abruzzo, and a site at 280m altitude. Pouring a slight haze, this slight, dry pét-nat streams tight apricot blossoms, pear skin, gooseberry along a light and zippy palate, finishing with pithy white grapefruit. Refreshing and honest..
